Delivery charges are extra and are confirmed with you by phone before we dispatch.
Prices are the same whether you pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. There is no bank-transfer discount.
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 3 days of delivery. You pay the return delivery unless we sent the wrong item. Opened oil, fitted parts and used items cannot be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. After dispatch, you pay the delivery charge. Doorstep bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the visit. After that, or if nobody is available at the address, a call-out charge applies, which we confirm with you when you book.
Batteries need a 50% advance by bank transfer. The advance is fully refundable until we have bought or dispatched your battery. After that it is not refundable. Batteries carry the manufacturer's warranty: we give you the invoice and explain how to claim it.
Prices printed or stickered on product packaging may be from an earlier manufacturer price list. The price on your order is our current price and is the one you pay.
